Beautiful People's bags are designed for the modernly, dinamic and fashionable woman who works hard and plays even harder. She's smart, sophisticated and loves to carry something different from mainstream fashion. Nothing overtly trendy or iconic will do.
Young designer Johanna Boccardo (she also illustrates children´s books) will be present at Smota. She really likes to interact with buyers and customers. Her bags are, according to her playful remarks: “artistic masterpieces with a multitasking twist, and a hint of Shakespearean drama”. Her Spring 2009 collection is titled, of course, "CAPULET".
According to Boccardo: “As a family business, our goal is to create a legacy of our own to share with the young, and the young at heart, women of the world". This Collection is composed of 10 different organic inspired pieces. Each translated in six neutral colors with lavish names: onyx, petra, vison, cocoa, umantao and grisado. Worth experiencing!Beautiful People will be present in all major East and West coast tradeshows. Specially New York, their favorite hunting ground.
